Help & Contact
We're a small team building carefully. If something here doesn't answer your question, write to us — a person reads every message.
Common questions
- What is My Pet's Legacy?
- A calm home for everything about your pet — their story, photos, health records, care instructions, and a plan for who would step in if you no longer could.
- When does the beta open?
- Private beta begins October 2026. Become a Founding Member from the home page and we'll email you as soon as your invitation is ready.
- How do I report a bug during pre-beta?
- We're in pre-beta, so you may hit a rough edge. Once you're signed in, click the bug icon in the top bar of any page to open the "Report a problem" form — tell us what happened and send it. Every report is reviewed by our team. You can also email support@petlegacynetwork.org.
- What is an Emergency Care Card?
- A one-page summary of what someone would need to care for your pet right away — caregiver, vet, medications, feeding, and handling notes. You can print it, keep it in a wallet, or share it as a private link.
- Who can see my pet's records?
- Only you, unless you invite someone to a pet's care circle or create a share link. Share links can be PIN-protected, set to expire, and revoked at any time.
- Is a care plan legally binding?
- It records your wishes and who you'd like contacted. On its own it may not be legally enforceable — for binding arrangements, speak with an attorney.
- Is the service available outside the United States?
- Not yet. My Pet's Legacy currently supports the 50 U.S. states only.
