Facebook & Connected Account Data Deletion

1. Sign in to Pet Legacy Network.
2. Open Account Settings.
3. Select Connected Accounts.
4. Find Facebook.
5. Select Disconnect.
6. Confirm the request.

Disconnecting stops Pet Legacy Network from publishing to that Facebook Page through your account in the future, and the authorization we stored for it is destroyed. Disconnecting does not delete your Facebook account, your Facebook Page, your posts, or anything Meta maintains independently.

Signed in already? Open Connected Accounts → Facebook.

Disconnecting a Page and requesting deletion are related but not identical. Disconnecting stops future publishing and destroys that Page's authorization. Requesting deletion removes the Facebook-related account information Pet Legacy Network is not required to retain.

You can make this request yourself from Account Settings → Facebook Pages while signed in, or use the form below if you cannot sign in.

• Facebook connection records for your account
• Stored authorization credentials for connected Facebook Pages
• Connected Facebook Page information we no longer need
• Facebook-derived account information no longer required

Pet Legacy Network may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution or maintaining appropriate platform records — for example, the record that a post was published at your request. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes, and never includes a usable Facebook credential.

Deleting Facebook-related information from Pet Legacy Network does not automatically delete:

• your Facebook account
• your Facebook Page
• posts already published to Facebook
• comments or engagement existing on Facebook
• information Meta independently maintains

Manage Facebook-controlled information through Facebook and Meta directly, including removing Pet Legacy Network under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

If you cannot access your Pet Legacy Network account, you may contact us to request deletion of Facebook-related information associated with your account.

Enter the email address on your Pet Legacy Network account and we will send a single-use confirmation link to it. Opening that link is how we verify the request is yours — we do not ask for identification documents.

Never send Pet Legacy Network your Facebook password, access token, authentication code or other login credentials.
