Our mission

Every pet deserves a path to safety, support, and connection.

Pet Legacy Network works to prevent unnecessary separation whenever possible — and when a pet does need help, connect the people, resources, and action that may help move them toward safety.

Through My Pet's Legacy, we help pet families find support, answers, resources, and ways to prepare for life's unexpected challenges. No pet should lose their family because help was too hard to find.

Through PLN Animal Advocates, volunteers can help coordinate advocacy, foster opportunities, rescue outreach, transportation, and other support for animals in need.

Keep pets home when possible. Keep them safe when that's not possible.

Please don't abandon your pet. There may be options you haven't found yet. Tell us what's happening and we'll help you look for possible next steps.
