Meet EVANDER

Evander came to us from Wicomico Humane after a hoarding case seizure. While we know this guy had a rough start of things, he is very friendly. A little shy at first while he gets to know you, but then all wiggles and love after he does. He is available for foster to adopt while pending his neuter.
