Meet Nikki
Hi! My name is Nikki and I am looking for a forever home. I was picked up as a stray by Animal Control and taken to a really scary place called a shelter where, after my hold time was up, I was in danger of being placed on something bad called "the list". Fortunately for me, BCAA heard about my plight and arranged for me to be sprung ... yeah! I appear to be a doodle, but whatever I am, my foster mom says I'm a really pretty girl with a personality to match. I'm about a year old and only weigh around 37lbs. While I am a little shy when first meeting a new person, it doesn't take me long at all to figure out whether I can trust them and then I adore getting attention. I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I've met and I haven't paid much attention to the cats. I've done really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of my bedding; however, I would…
