Evan is a handsome, loving boy who is ready to find a forever family. He is being fostered with kids, cats and a dog. This guy is the whole package. He was literally entering the world as he entered the shelter system on 4/16/26. Although he has had nothing but his loving foster, we know that his forever family is out there. ♥
