Dill Pickes Age: 7 months Breed: Shepherd mix Sex: Male Size: 70 lb Status: Available If there was ever a dog who deserved to have his world put back together, it’s Dill Pickles. Dill Pickles was born right here at the shelter on January 16, 2026. Once he was old enough to head out for adoption, it didn't take long for him to find a home. We were thrilled to see this sweet boy start his life with a family of his own. But unfortunately, his story took a heartbreaking turn. In late August, Dill Pickles was returned to the shelter because he had gotten "too big." And now this sweet boy is trying to understand why everything he knew is suddenly gone. You can see the confusion in him. Dill Pickles is an incredibly sweet boy, but the shelter environment has been overwhelming for him. He is scared in his kennel and doesn't understand why he's back in a place he was supposed to have left…
