His story began in a heartbreaking way—he was found abandoned inside a trash can, but thankfully, Rescue Dogs Rock NYC rescued him so that he can leave his past behind and become someone’s very special best friend. Arthur is already showing what a wonderful little guy he can be, with his sweet personality shining through.He is great with other dogs, cats, and children and loves making friends. He’s playful and energetic, but underneath all that puppy enthusiasm is a loving, gentle, and incredibly affectionate boy.
